Franklin J. Muher

Frank Muher was born and raised in Baltimore. After graduating from Bucknell University in 1991, he attended the Syracuse University College of Law where he served as Associate Editor of the Syracuse Journal of Legislation and Policy. Also during law school, Frank interned for The Honorable Robert M. Bell of the Supreme Court of Maryland, the United States’ Attorneys Office for the District of Maryland, and for the Honorable Howard G. Munson, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of New York.  Upon graduation from Syracuse Law in 1994, Frank was admitted to Georgetown Law and began graduate studies in Securities Regulation. While going to Georgetown at night, Frank worked during the day as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Robert H. Heller, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. Upon the conclusion of his clerkship in 1995, Frank was hired by the Law Offices of J. Owen Bracken, Jr. where he served as an attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. During his four years as Liberty Mutual Staff Counsel in Baltimore, he defended hundreds of corporations and individuals in workers’ compensation claims and automobile accident cases in bench and jury trials throughout the State of Maryland, before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, and before the Maryland appellate courts

In 1999, Frank left defense work to enter into a private plaintiff’s practice with Edward J. Glusing, Jr., who had practiced both plaintiff and defense work for over 25 years. Frank now exclusively represents those injured through the negligence of others. Frank has lectured at seminars for the Maryland Association for Justice and spoken at various schools throughout the Baltimore area. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.  Frank lives in Baltimore with his wife and two sons, is active in kayak fishing, and has refereed hundreds of youth soccer games.

Marisa’s journey as a paralegal began ten years ago, driven by a commitment to assist individuals seeking recompense and resolution in the aftermath of personal injury incidents. Over the years, she has honed her skills in case management, and client advocacy, ensuring that each client receives the diligent attention and support they deserve.

At Glusing & Muher. Marisa plays a pivotal role in navigating the complexities of personal injury claims. Her profound understanding of legal procedures and her compassionate approach to client interactions have earned her the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of work, Marisa cherishes quality time spent with her family, finding joy in relaxing moments and exploring the outdoors. As a devoted parent, she actively supports her children’s involvement in sports and cheering them on from the sidelines. These experiences in Marisa show a deep appreciation for teamwork.

Carin is a paralegal with nearly three years of focused experience in personal injury law. She has developed a strong skill set in case intake, medical record review, drafting demand letters, and supporting attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. Known for her attention to detail and calm, client-centered approach, Carin brings reliability, organization, and dedication to every case she works on.

What sets Carin apart is her deep sense of empathy and understanding for each client she supports. She recognizes that personal injury cases often involve stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges, and she approaches every interaction with compassion and care. Carin takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, and ensure that clients feel supported throughout the legal process.

Outside of her legal work, Carin is passionate about animals and shares her home with a spirited dog and a curious cat who never fail to bring joy to her day.
